It was only a matter of time before Bolus and Barbells headed to the west coast!  Partnered with Carb DM, Bolus and Barbells had over 40 participants gather at Crossfit Incredible for an exciting day of fun! Thanks to generous sponsors (listed below), all participants received amazing goodie bags and even the  first event t-shirt! The highlight of the day was the presentation from T1D American Ninja Warrior finalist, Kyle Cochran, who shared his strategies for managing blood sugars during high stress athletic events. The group was excited to get the opportunity to pull a truck before the Bolus and Barbells founder, Rodney Miller, amazed all by pulling the truck FULL OF THE EVENT PARTICIPANTS! The end of the day was full of energetic lifting groups with qualified coaches. Beginner lifters learned about proper form, while intermediate and advanced lifters worked on improving their technique and encouraged each other to move weight and have fun!
